"Having had trouble over the previous two years finding a builder willing to take on my rather challenging project, it was my good fortune to find Patrick. He gave me good sound and honest advice, even on the odd occasion when it wasn't what I wanted to hear. Once the job started, I found his staff to be reliable, friendly and good at their job. We are very pleased with the end result. We would have no hesitation in recommending SEC Ltd to anyone. Please note that Patrick likes toast with his coffee in the morning. Thank you for a job well done."

"Patrick completed two pieces of work for us, a full kitchen conversion knocking two rooms together and a garage to be used as a workshop/summer house. Both pieces of work were completed to an exceptional standard at very reasonable prices. Patrick (and his team) were always willing to go the extra mile, often doing additional tasks (like sanding/polishing an old kitchen table). Patrick would visit often during the works to ensure that things were to his satisfaction, and was always a pleasure to deal with. His team were also a pleasure to deal with, minimising disruption and going about their tasks quietly and efficiently."

"Patrick and his team worked very hard to ensure that my newly purchased flat was renovated to a high quality of workmanship. I am 85 years old - Patrick went out of his way to get everything finished on time and even took the existing curtains to the dry cleaners and had them relined for me! The building manager told me that SEC is the best contractor she has ever worked with - their work is to a high standard, they are tidy and considerate of others in the building. I have no hesitation in recommending Patrick and his team."

"Throughout our extension build Patrick and his team have been friendly, approachable and kept us informed of progress. They have accommodated changes, made helpful suggestions and fixed any problems with no quibbles. The quality of the work has been excellent and they always worked in a tidy and considerate fashion. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them."
